  Now only open from 2 p.m. A very good, clear branch. You will always receive friendly service and advice. No waiting times. Post office of my choice.

  Unfortunately, this branch is supposed to be open since 9:00 a.m. However, all waiting customers have been standing in front of a locked door since 9 a.m. because there is a sign on it that says: "We'll be back for you in a moment!" hangs. Great service. Unfortunately, there is no local telephone contact available so that you can ask how long it might take. So far it's 22 minutes. Thank you very much for wasting my time. Best regards

  First of all, I normally like to go to this branch, but this morning I was convinced otherwise. I had an Amazon return and kindly told the employee to stick the return label over the barcodes on the box. I was simply worried that the package might otherwise come back to me. I promptly received an above-average, unfriendly and sarcastic statement: "Thank you for explaining my job to me, great!" I then apologized and was answered again with: “No problem, I thanked you!”. Something like this shortly after the store opened at 9 a.m. on October 11th, 2022. If you place so little value on friendly interactions with customers, you as an employee should perhaps think about changing jobs. But such behavior is definitely reputation-destroying. VG a friendly customer who just wanted to drop off a package that day....

  NEVER AGAIN!!! Extremely bad service!! Tuesday, May 10th At 4:58 p.m. (official opening time until 6:00 p.m.) a service was refused (sales of postal items) on the grounds that a private appointment was coming up and the shop would be closed at 5 p.m. today. The sale would last approximately 2-3 minutes (no consultation was necessary). NO operation was carried out, but the exit door was pointed out!! Again with the note that we have to close now! EXTREMLY BAD! Therefore NEVER AGAIN in this business. Jürgen Sauter
