::Weirdest random reasons given by Deutsche post to run away from their responsibility!! I sent an DHL EXPRESS courier from this Deutsche post branch on Monday and it was planned to reach Tuesday morning by 10am(confirmed by the counter lady). It does not reach and when I ask the lady at the branch she does not bother to check if anything from her side is possibly wrong and gives me express courier number to call. I called and DHL, they were very generous & explained that courier was not with them/in DHL network and lying with Deutsche Post. I go back to the lady at Deutsch Post and then she checks something on here computer and says oh it might be at another Deutsche post branch & i should go there and check, and she was not absolutely sure it its there!! So basically no ownership and no efforts in checking if it could be at their branch or where could it be!! And i am asked to move from one branch to another in tracking my so called EXPRESS COURIER!! This is how you help your customers from whom you have taken money to provide a service?

::Everything is fine with the office the only problem is they have only one ATM and it gets broken and doesn't function often. Feels like every 3-4weeks

::Post office is set up well. It has only 2 employees but they work fast. If they arrange the place a little differently they could add 1 more employee and be even faster, but it works fine just the way it is. Also the place suffers from a lack of writing desks, they only have one, so you better buy yourself envelopes/packaging from elsewhere, prepare it beforehand, because you will wait for the desk to free up, and you will lose your turn in the queue.
