::Post office in the basement - subway corridor - bought an envelope - bought a stamp - unfortunately it couldn't be more unfriendly - had to wait to make sure that the stamp was actually stuck on it. My insistent waiting then resulted in the envelope being processed.

::They lost my shipment of important documents. It has nothing to do with DHL but is this bad shop with very poorly trained staff, maybe there is a system behind it but it is difficult to prove otherwise they would have lost their license long ago.
