::It should be exactly like this!! I had to send something today around 2 p.m. and I was missing the right box. I was immediately advised and then the box was put together by an employee! I packed everything up on site and they helped me with it too! Since it's open all day and there wasn't much going on, you can't always expect this service, but Nevertheless, I found this service remarkable!! Great employees!!!!

::Not a typical German official, unless it happens to be busy and no one needs to be served at the lottery acceptance point, things go pretty quickly. The new opening times are great, finally moving away from the old-fashioned lunch break and being closed for an afternoon in the middle of the week. You can also buy cigarettes and drinks as well as charging plugs for your cell phone.
