::Very nice employees in the postal and stationery area. Yes, at certain times there is a long queue at the post office counter - but that's the case everywhere. If that bothers you... just don't order any packages and then not be home. I don't understand the complaints. By the way, consuming in local shops and countries is much more helpful. The stationery section is great. Here you can find everything you need for school, crafting and browsing. Whatever is not there (or special requests) will be ordered. The advice, for example when choosing a filler, is fantastic. Time is always taken with a lot of patience and specialist knowledge. We are and will remain regular customers!

::As a parcel branch it was an absolute disaster. After 3 p.m. you can forget about the store. Normal workers have to plan a waiting time of up to an hour to be able to pick up their package. In general, the store is understaffed from this time onwards. Unfortunately, all people are still holding up the whole thing because they don't send their packages via the packing stations and often don't even send franked shipments have ....

::Very bad service. Even though I was at home, there was suddenly a pickup slip or an email that the package could not be delivered. Was the person too lazy to stop and ring the bell? However, that wasn't the first time either. I work and can't walk/drive to the station every time because my working hours fall within the opening hours. So please, how am I supposed to find the time to pick up my packages? The last two were returned to the sender and I'm always thinking about whether I should order something when I read DHL. It works for everyone else. So why not there? Questions about questions.

::Very unfriendly and stressed employees! Unfortunately, I have had to go to the branch several times to pick up a package and unfortunately have the same experience every time. A friendly and respectful tone cannot be expected here - rather the opposite. I have already stated that I would like to avoid this branch. Very unfortunate.
