  For a package with personal delivery, specially placed on a special day to be at home then. Of course the package wasn't delivered that day. Now it must be picked up at branch 420. Due to the very service-oriented opening, a third person with collection authority must now be involved. Unfortunately, picking up from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. is not possible if you work further away. Or should you plan two days of vacation in the future? Thank you for nothing Deutsche Post

  Unfortunately, no idea of ​​service is internalized here. For some returns, the one printed out on site was placed on the packages; we should attach them ourselves... Not a problem, if you could then adhere to the distance rules and with a smile or general friendliness it would be more pleasant for everyone. Maybe it was because we pushed ourselves to deliver the packages 30 minutes (as the only customers at the time) before the end of the day. In general, it's a great idea to have a local post office, but we don't see any advantages over postal service in surrounding supermarkets, where at least you get friendly service. A pity!
