(we are trying to find a solution) Despite multiple contacts by phone, you are always referred to the written route. Goodwill 0 sterne also BGH judgments, which are given in large amounts, are simply ignored Customer advisor 0 stars The responsibility is simply handed over to Frankfurt Essen or Berlin and you wait in vain for an opinion or clarification. In my opinion, you should think carefully about whether you still entrust your money to Deutsche Bank with this service!

::The banking app of Norisbank (discounter subsidiary of Deutsche Bank) told me that 'only' 15km away from me this bank machine of the DBank with deposit function is available. Arrived there on Monday, I was extremely frustrated to see that this machine for the next. 3 days will not be in operation. The friendly staff there wrote down my phone number to call me when the device was working again. Unfortunately, he didn't. I had to risk the distance of 30 km again (= there and back!) To find out that the device is finally working again. Unfortunately, the Deutsche Bank company is too stingy to offer an app in which one could access such false reports. And at the Norisbank customer hotline, the phone connection was simply cut: that saves employees. Why.you should avoid Deutsche Bank anyway for ethical reasons can be found in the regular news reports.
