::At the end of the year I would like to take the opportunity (also on behalf of my partner) to meet with Dr. Seidel and his entire practice team. My treatment was almost year ago and it wasn't that straightforward. After some unpleasant experiences with other dentists, I entered this practice with a bad feeling. But this was already taken from me at the registration. The friendliness and calm of the friendly team during the admission interview brought the whole thing into a pleasant atmosphere. Even the treatment at Dr. Seidel turned out to be a new discovery. He explained the treatment method to me calmly and objectively, skillfully took away the restlessness that I was sure to notice before each treatment and took time to answer my questions. The professionalism extended across the entire practice team. Before, during and after each treatment, I always felt very well looked after. How did Dr. Seidel: "We'll make sure that you have a beautiful smile again." And that's how it is. My quality of life has increased many times over. I can laugh again without knowing it and eat with pleasure. I (we) wish everyone a good start into the New Year 2021, health, happiness and many more satisfied patients. ::I went to him with a severe toothache and went out with a prescription for antibiotics and an estimate of over EUR 2500. But I was still in pain. He wanted to perform root canal treatment on 2 teeth and put on 2 temporary crowns. I was clearly told that I have to pay the full amount at the appointment because my Schufa is supposedly negative. Why did I just get a loan for a condominium beforehand? I then went to another dentist who clearly showed me that this procedure would have been very dangerous. For one thing, the 2nd crown would have made no sense, because the root and the tooth are in good order on the tooth. The other tooth is so broken that it has to be completely removed. If you put a crown on there, you would do more damage than already exists. This is not a good doctor's way. I have already reported all of this to my health insurance company and the KV. The patient with acute pain should not have to finance the next Porsche.
