::Unfriendly and incompetent staff. Does not stick to agreements and information on the website is just smoke and mirrors.

::Well, who wants to be in the hospital... and then there's no end in sight... because there's still rehabilitation to follow... a long road. As a patient, you are dependent on the help of doctors, nurses, etc. Of course, as a visitor you look at it from a different perspective. We regularly visited our neighbor, a 90-year-old lady from Rostock, for four weeks. We could see what little progress she was making. We were also able to observe the difficult work of the staff. Things are very loving and warm-hearted here. Every question is answered. The patient is the focus... that's how it should be. Everyone contributes to this: the reception, the telephone service, the social center, the small bistro, the caretaker... and many invisible helpers. Now the patient has come to the nursing home in Rostock... moved into her new home there. In retrospect, the rehabilitation patient was satisfied. Even though she may have stuttered at times because many things didn't go as quickly as she would have liked.... In the end she said goodbye to the clinic with a smile. On behalf of the patient's carer R. N... I would also like to thank the employees at the Waldeck rehabilitation clinic for their commitment. Claus

::I was a visitor here for several weeks. All reception staff, therapists and nurses are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. The patient care is very caring. The social service provides help very professionally and acts very proactively. As a relative, I felt like I was in good hands and was happy that I received treatment here. Great facility!

::I was from February. 22 to April 22, 9 weeks patient of this facility and can only report positive things regarding the therapies and direct care. The team of doctors and nurses always did an excellent job and provided excellent care. The team often had to (!) go beyond its limits, which was due to the poor performance of the management, including the head physician. More dissent from those responsible for the station would be desirable. Personally, no one can impress me just because they carry three ballpoint pens in their breast pocket. Many thanks to the team😊 I can only find words of praise for the service team, including pick-up and delivery service. As with the sisters, friendliness was always the top priority and both teams often worked hand-in-hand together. Your physical well-being was always adequately and tasty😋 Here too, my warmest thanks go out😊 Finally, the team of therapists (physio, ergo, sport, acupressure/massage, etc.). I have the excellent work of the therapists to thank for the fact that I arrived on a couch paralyzed on one side and was discharged home after only 9 weeks. The great thing is that I learned two other professions. I can bake and weave baskets 😂 Thank you all so much😊

::Terribly unfriendly. As a relative you do NOT receive any information. After 4 weeks, the next one please. At 83 there's nothing you can do anyway. The final conversation between door and angel on the phone... There's no point here anymore, the patient can't go back home - home! Thank you too, you would really like to have such expertise.
