I. Do
::Unfortunately, in the current situation, I can only give three stars. I have an EMS Allin contract and can only use the sunbeds due to the lockdown. Unfortunately, even after almost two months, nobody can tell me how it will be dealt with for services that have not been performed. About four weeks ago I also wrote an email to Ms. Weil, unfortunately without success. Which is not necessarily customer-friendly now. I really like going to the studio there and I am very at peace, only it is slowly getting very uncomfortable for me to ask every week what it looks like if there is already information available. It would be really great if the team (their employees) would finally get an information so that they could pass it on to the customer.

::Unfortunately I can no longer give a full 5 stars. Due to the change in staff, it is no longer the same, but what happens in every job is that staff come and go. However, the fact that it was always a positive experience when you entered the solos. Unfortunately, I haven't had this in the past visits. The staff seems overwhelmed when there is a slight rush of customers. When it's less busy, the staff sits bored behind the counter and paddles with their cell phones. Apparently it is also normal for staff to sit permanently behind the counter and look just as bored. This seems to me very disinterested in the job that the employee does. Especially when a customer enters the store, you should at least be able to convey the feeling that you are happy about the customer base and that you stand up. Information about the defective music system would also be very helpful! In the last few years the customer service, the advice and the nice chat have always been positive and hope that we will work on it in the future. Often times, this can be done well with customer service and self-reflection training. I am curious how the next visits will be.
