::Café Sachaus was highly recommended, especially because of the large selection of cakes. If you like eating cakes, you should take a look at the display here. I always like to try something new and have never been disappointed when it comes to cakes. Only last time the pieces of cake turned out to be too different for me. It was immediately noticeable that one piece was significantly smaller than the others. At home I weighed it up. 170, 140 and 120g. One piece weighed over 50% more than the lightest. I don't think that's ok.

::I don't even know where to start. Two reservations were messed up so that 8 of us had to squeeze into two small tables. Then the staff was totally overwhelmed and therefore very unfriendly. We had ordered pots of coffee. There weren't enough pots available. There weren't even cake cables for the cake They were all in the dishwasher No!! The coffee doesn't have any. It was a very disappointing birthday so we won't be coming back

::Very nice bakery. Had breakfast there. The service was really great too. We were allowed to have orange juice instead of the accompanying hot drinks. There were 4 adults and 4 small children. We all had a great place to sit together and a great breakfast for 48 euros.

::The Sachaus used to be a really nice café with great offers. But what I recently experienced there leads me to this assessment: I ordered a small Black Forest cake five working days in advance. When I ordered, I was very kindly explained that there might be NO cake on the day of collection and that I should therefore only pay when I picked it up. On my birthday I wanted to call the café to check whether my order was actually ready for pickup. No connection under this number. In the café it was explained that the telephone system was broken, which was good because then no orders would come through. My order was only seen and forwarded the evening before. There was actually a cake, but it was already so damaged that the cream tuff with cherry was no longer in the right place. There wasn't a box of the right size, so it was difficult for me to transport the goods. When I cut it, it turned out that it was obviously cheap frozen food. The amount of cherries was manageable and you couldn't taste kirsch. I paid €25 for this cheap product. For me, it was the last time I ordered something from Sachaus because of the problems with the order and the miserable quality of the goods. What a shame!
