::Ordered a decaf and it was the worst decaf I’ve ever had, it felt like it wasn’t decaf! And the lady that delivered our food was very rude, it felt like the plates were thrown at us and then she walked away without asking if we need anything. This is my second time at this place and I’ve been disappointed both times. The first time it took an hour to get our cocktails and they weren’t good and it was also the wrong order. The service and quality of food should be improved!

::The only good thing here is Baileys coffee. Ordered hot chocolate as well but had large clumps of cocoa in it, but the American breakfast was the biggest disappointment and was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Everything arrived completely cold, the pancakes looked like pre packaged pancakes from aldi, and the server looked at me like I was crazy for asking for maple syrup although it was on the menu.

::I was at the cafe today and I was alone, the waiter who was attending the table was completely rude and inattentive. We are on cold days and I asked him to turn on the heater and he refused, since there were several heaters on and he didn’t want to turn on the one on my desk. When I finished lunch, I waited about 30 minutes and he passed from one side to the other and did not go to my table, even seeing that my cutlery was together (for a good waiter this means that the customer has already finished eating and needs help) I had to get up and go to the attendant who was at the counter to ask for the bill. Only then did the then “ waiter” go to my table with a closed face and without any sympathy. In short: Terrible service, I don’t recommend it.

::Recently visited Extrablatt and I was very pleased. The place is big and spacious, with a nice outdoor seating area. The staff was professional and friendly, and the drinks were great. I especially enjoyed the homemade lemonade, which was refreshing and delicious
