::I wouldn't even give A for the real estate service. We bought a property in 2017 where it later turned out that extensions had been made to the property that were not approved. The broker never pointed this out to us. For us additional costs for the land registry office and architects. The exposé said that the energy certificate was being processed, but we never received it. It then turned out that the outside area of the house could actually only be used for commercial purposes, and here too there was countless paperwork with the municipality. When confronted with the real estate agent, you were insulted and insulted. To warn future customers: take a closer look if you buy a property here. Whether this is due to a lack of specialist knowledge or intentional deception in order to get rid of the property remains to be seen. There are real estate agents who are quite trustworthy. You are welcome to share your point of view here. I have absolutely no interest in speaking to them personally anymore.

::The service in the bank is really great, if you have any problems or questions you will be helped in a friendly manner, but unfortunately this happens far too often. I've had so many problems with online banking lately that I don't know where to start. The system behind it seems so incomplete that spontaneous transfers are often impossible. Tonight was the crowning glory of it all. Since I'm flying to the USA tomorrow, I wanted to transfer the remaining money to my credit card today, but nothing there. Of course, the whole thing is once again associated with problems and doesn't work, thanks to the SecureGo app. It seems to have crashed and tells me to contact the bank. Since I've been living in Osnabrück for some time, the whole thing is of course doubly annoying because I have to drive every time there are problems. I really hope things get better in the long run. Edit: As mentioned at the beginning, the service is great. The bank contacted me by phone less than 24 hours after the review and promised me prompt help. This is how you vow to yourself.
