  So I think the customer service is so bad if you want something you wait for a callback for what feels like 2 years and nothing is resolved on the phone. If I could give fewer stars I would give it minus 5.

  I STILL HAVE TO ADD (06/08/2023) I asked three times (even once in writing by handing it over to the branch) to confirm that the accounts and the business relationship had been cancelled. And? True, there was no response to my request. This further confirms that I have chosen the right path and will not become a customer of OLB! I switched to another bank and everything was done there within just under 7 days, that's SERVICE. But I have the feeling that the OLB criticism doesn't take the criticism to heart and therefore won't change anything, to put it ironically: just keep it up!!!! -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------- One star can be deleted (unfortunately you can't post it otherwise). My goal was to give 0 stars. I wanted to switch my account from another bank to OLB, what happened? The first order was placed at OLB. After I asked after 5 weeks, it was discovered: Oh, it wasn't applied for... An apology? None. So everything again from the beginning. After about 3 weeks I should be informed whether everything worked. Unfortunately the information didn't come. So I looked at the account at my “old” bank and, oh wonder, the money is still there. In my case, this is by far the worst service I have ever received from a bank. At least I will stay away from OLB and can't recommend it.

  I've been with Olb since 1977, unfortunately the bank has downsized so much that it hasn't been able to send me a new savings cart for six weeks. Instead they really want to force an online account on me, I don't even have a computer.

  If you are looking for a bank that offers poor online banking, you can only reach your bank advisor via a hotline and otherwise only offers mediocre service, you have come to the right place. You managed to lose me as a long-time customer. Congratulations.
