::If there was an opportunity to give zero stars I would do that. Both ATMs are constantly broken, and the same applies to the branch in Quakenbrück. I'm sorry, but I will deposit my money at another bank in the future, at least you can get it there if you want. EDIT: Dear Postbank, thank you very much for the clever suggestion that I can make cash withdrawals conveniently and easily from your Cash Group partners. I'm seriously wondering why I'm your customer and paying a lot of fees when you can't even manage to properly repair your technology and I have to go somewhere else every time to get my money. I have a much better suggestion. I know this might sound totally crazy to you, but how about simply repairing the devices properly or buying new ones that don't break so often, you've probably been aware of this problem for a long time.

::I am not at all satisfied with our post office in Cloppenburg. Firstly, there are always dissatisfied employees there, you always have the feeling that they don't want to serve customers. Secondly, I dropped off a package to be sent on Saturday, it was thrown into the corner so badly by an older little man/hired worker that I thought the whole inside would fly apart, so really, even under stress and a bad mood you don't have to throw packages like that and thirdly, I was at the post office again on Monday afternoon and lo and behold, all the packages from Saturday were still there, including my package. I recognized it immediately because it had special packaging. It is actually assumed that the packages within Germany will arrive in about 3 days, there were faster delivery times at Christmas time, I am just disappointed and curious to see whether everything will arrive safely after the heavy throwing, thank you very much DHL
