Rejecting such loans outright is of course also a solution, but it has nothing to do with the image that the bank wants to convey to the outside world. Very disappointing. ::Volksbank Riesa is a real disgrace. It's not worth a star. Unfortunately you have to specify one here. 1. You no longer see any employees personally on site, especially not suitable for older people. 2. The account management fees of almost €30 are pure usury. 3. No more options to get rid of all your change. 4. If you have questions, everything will only be answered via video conversation in the bank or by telephone, which is very impersonal, especially for pensioners has absolutely nothing to do with today's technology. The bank definitely won't stay for long, so the next customers are definitely gone. We'll move to another bank where the personality is still there.
