::Construction financing request for a house purchase from the family made through a broker. Conditions were great, which is why the bank was our first choice. Unfortunately, Volksbank has scruples about granting a loan if our 85-year-old grandma retains her right of residence as enshrined in her fundamental rights. Financing is only possible without residential rights because you are afraid of bad press if you have to sue your grandma out. Rejecting such loans outright is of course also a solution, but it has nothing to do with the image that the bank wants to convey to the outside world. Very disappointing. At a The risk for the bank is very low for a loan over 9 years. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it any further.

::Volksbank Riesa is a real disgrace. It's not worth a star. Unfortunately you have to specify one here. 1. You no longer see any employees personally on site, especially not suitable for older people. 2. The account management fees of almost €30 are pure usury. 3. No more options to get rid of all your change. 4. If you have questions, everything will only be answered via video conversation in the bank or by telephone, which is very impersonal, especially for pensioners has absolutely nothing to do with today's technology. The bank definitely won't stay for long, so the next customers are definitely gone. We'll move to another bank where the personality is still there.

::It's a shame there are no negative points! It's an absolute disgrace that you can't find a transfer machine, a quick inquiry to the employee is only answered with a reference to the "box" and you're standing in the "box" and an answer is probably hours away... after 5 minutes I left... This service is absolutely unbelievable for older people without online banking!
