  My husband, Horst Conrads, made a consultation appointment with Ms. Koch. In the course of the conversation, her high level of professional competence and her special empathy for the situation became apparent. During the consultation, the branch manager was called in to clarify some of the details. Together, a good solution was found for both sides. We can recommend both ladies with a clear conscience and would like to thank them again.

  Unfortunately, one gets the impression that Deutsche Bank is withdrawing more and more from the Radebeul, Coswig and Meißen areas. Cash transactions can only be processed in Dresden. This makes good support from the remaining branches all the more important. I have been a customer of the Meißen branch at Roßmarkt for many years now and have been receiving very good advice and support from Ms. Susann Koch for a long time. Especially last week, when Deutsche Bank's digital service didn't work, Ms. Koch helped me immediately and solved the problem manually. Thank you.

  We visited the branch without an appointment and were warmly welcomed and received the best advice, even outside opening hours. We can only recommend switching from Commerzbank to Deutsche Bank to everyone.

It is always openly and transparently presented which options can be pursued without pushing me as a customer in a certain direction.
