  The branch is characterized by particularly friendly and always courteous employees. I have been a customer of the Sparkasse for years and “landed” here when I moved to the Elbe-Elster district. However, I didn't have such good customer service at my home savings bank. The gentleman who was responsible for the investment advice was also very competent and friendly.

  No matter whether you are big or small, young or old, you will feel like you are in good hands and advised here. Even the students are well prepared for later life. It explains how the money cycle works. What is a bank transfer and a standing order and much more. Great work done by our colleagues on site. Keep it up.👍

  I have been a customer at this branch for years and have absolutely nothing bad to say. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Finding an appointment is usually easy and the advice is top notch. I feel taken seriously as a customer here and enjoy coming here. 👍

  I had an appointment with the insurance customer advisor Mr. Lindner today and I am more than satisfied. He is competent, courteous, polite and responds to your wishes without trying to persuade you. Especially since the price-performance ratio for the insurance is very good. Absolute recommendation, not only for Mr. Lindner but also for the girls at Spk Plessa. They are always willing to listen to questions or problems. So far a common solution has always been found. Keep it up and stay as you are 👍🏻
