The clerk at this bank (a young, slim, tall man) was extremely rude to me when I explained to him that I had an overdraft of €200.00 that I wanted to clear at that moment, for obvious reasons to avoid bank fees to have to pay because I wanted to withdraw more money on the same day! The fact that I was 7 minutes late at 12:00 on Wednesday annoyed the clerk and he grudgingly recommended that I come the next day as his "precious" time was unnecessarily wasted on me, so I would like to express my dissatisfaction express and advise you to avoid the Volksbank branch in Neustadt, Titisee-Neustadt, which has a very chaotic, unhealthy schedule: every Wednesday lunchtime, exactly in the middle of the week, it is closed, and if the customer is a Volksbank account but does not have a checking card, he cannot deposit money on Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. m. until the next morning, because the convenience of the employees of this branch in Neustadt, Titisee-Neustadt is much more important than managing customers' money for the monthly commission they collect for free!
