  What a shame, I've been a customer for years. And you are immediately fired because of a small incident. They also want money. The advice is also only semi-optimal. Instead, they want to sell you insurance that you will never need and make you think that it will benefit you. I won't put my money here anymore. The account management fees are a disgrace.   Banking very simple and understandable. However, the savings bank is not exactly open to suggestions or advice. The new ATMs are very complicated to use.

  Unfortunately I have no comparison to other banks. I think it's a shame that you are asked to pay for extra account statements. The same applies to closing an account...
