  The service is good..but the working hours are not properly up to date. Specially when you searching on the google map so it confiusing the ATM openning hours with the office openning.. They have to correct it..

  If you try to reach someone by phone here at 5 p.m. on Thursday, you're unfortunately lost. The queue will throw you out at some point, live chat will not be answered. Why do you have a telephone?

  A mockery of the bank's customers! The clerk at this bank (a young, slim, tall man) was extremely rude to me when I explained to him that I had an overdraft of €200.00 that I wanted to clear at that moment, for obvious reasons to avoid bank fees to have to pay because I wanted to withdraw more money on the same day! The fact that I was 7 minutes late at 12:00 on Wednesday annoyed the clerk and he grudgingly recommended that I come the next day as his "precious" time was unnecessarily wasted on me, so I would like to express my dissatisfaction express and advise you to avoid the Volksbank branch in Neustadt, Titisee-Neustadt, which has a very chaotic, unhealthy schedule: every Wednesday lunchtime, exactly in the middle of the week, it is closed, and if the customer is a Volksbank account but does not have a checking card, he cannot deposit money on Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. m. until the next morning, because the convenience of the employees of this branch in Neustadt, Titisee-Neustadt is much more important than managing customers' money for the monthly commission they collect for free!
