::I have never experienced such unfriendly and arrogant staff. When I asked a polite question, two employees immediately replied: "We don't have it, go to the main office." Before I could even say anything else, the two women turned around and walked into the inaccessible area. These two ladies should seriously ask themselves whether they have ever heard the term customer service. The salary is earned through deposits, loans, etc. and not through unfriendliness.

::I can only rate the self-service service. There are three ATMs and transfer terminals available. The self-service area is quite spacious and not as cramped as in the other self-service branches of the Stadtsparkasse. A ramp provides fair access for people with walking disabilities.
