::A tragedy... Contractual conditions are changed arbitrarily and without prior notice to the customer's disadvantage. Furthermore, the customer is denied access to the account without any justification, even if there is still money in the account and you are entitled to it. I now had to starve for 24 hours, despite having money in my account, because the savings bank confiscated my bank card without any explanation. Tomorrow, if necessary, I will collect my bank card with police support and request access to my account. I cannot recommend an account with the Sparkasse to ANYONE because it breaks the constitution and people go hungry because of it!
