  Registered for an appointment by phone and stated my request. The advisor then tried to sell me a financial product instead of my request. Which actually isn't a bad thing. However, at the end of the conversation, after my rejection of the product, I was asked why I was still a customer. Apparently the account management fee and the building and stock savings plans are not sufficient for the advisor's annual goal.

  It's cruel, you can never get through on the phone, it's always busy and it's been that way for over 2 hours. That's not normal anymore 😡😡🤬!!!! No matter whether you call Münster or Laggenbeck. And after 7 minutes you are simply thrown out of the line, that is the very last thing!!!!!!!!
