I've had an account with a purely online bank for 2 months and get 2.5% interest there, free Mastercard, free real-time transfer, free Girocard, free daily money and several sub-accounts, several free withdrawals possible per month, etc....

::At an agreed appointment with customer service, I wanted to clarify how I could link my Master Card to Google Wallet and whether the savings bank could organize an interface to Google Pay for my business account, which would be activated in my Google Cloud when a payment was received on my business account triggers. The advisor for business customers was unavailable due to illness and her representative was friendly and made a real effort, but she didn't really know much about either topic. Ultimately it turned out that the Master Card cannot be linked to the Google Wallet. The consultant couldn't say anything about the interface and promised that a knowledgeable employee would get in touch with me. Conclusion: the consultation was actually a waste of time for both sides.
