::Visit to the branch on August 7th, 2020 at 8:55 a.m. to pick up rolls of change. The lady at the service counter was bored, unfriendly and latently snotty. I have never experienced such interaction with customers in this office...The older gentleman at the counter next to him is ALWAYS extremely friendly. The young lady would benefit from repeated training in dealing with customers.
