  The branch is very well organized. Very competent advice and always an open ear. Honest words and good advice, especially from the office manager, Mr. Kühn. More needs-oriented advice is not possible. Top!

  Very courteous and friendly employees at the Rieselfeld branch. My customer advisor, Mr. Kühn, takes a lot of time for concerns and questions, responds to personal needs and does not pressure me into concluding any contracts. He is always available to answer any questions. I feel well advised.

  I have had very good experiences. My advisor called me personally, not a colleague like at other branches, to make an appointment. Which shows a certain level of commitment. The advice was customer-oriented and I never had the feeling that they were just trying to sell me something. The rest of the employees I have met so far are also friendly and helpful. So far I can only say good things about this branch and I don't understand the feedback from some others. Keep it up.

  Very personal and detailed advice from my customer advisor Mr. Kühn. Excellent support in the past, which continues here in Rieselfeld. Appointments are coordinated in a customer-friendly manner and are well prepared. The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, especially for new arrivals.
