::Service? Friendliness? Competence? Solution-oriented work? You won't find any of that in this branch. If you actually manage to get in, you have to wait until both employees have finished their private conversations at the counter. Advice or help with problems? Ridiculous. Then it's better to have further private conversations over the heads of those waiting, deal with the customer unprofessionally in order to talk to friends again as quickly as possible. Totally bad. Awkward.

::I arrived 10 minutes before the counter closed with a very urgent matter regarding my credit card. After the hotline couldn't help me after an hour of calling, I was directed to the counter where I could be helped. The staff at the counter sent me away despite the urgency of the unfinished business because the processing probably took longer than 10 minutes. Never again Postbank.

There was an older gentleman standing next to me who was there for the second time today. Hopefully no one comes up with the idea of becoming a customer here. So backwoods! ::Worst bank in the world. Seriously, just stay away as far as possible. Luckily I only deposited small amount when opening the account. One month passed and I haven’t received access to online bank, no debit or credit cards. Nothing!!! No access to my money, only once a day I could withdraw €500 max. Had to spend €5-6 to get to the bank to withdraw cash every day, 5 days a week. Despite multiple time trying to resolve the issue was unable to do so cause employees are absolutely incompetent. They can’t even schedule an appointment. Multiple times came to an appointment just to be told that it wasn’t scheduled when I had a paper confirmation that it was. They can’t even transfer the funds, I have a receipt that i went to the branch and they sent money to my other account , but actually they didn’t and money never came and just sitting in the account. I can’t even comprehend how is this possible. Some would stop speaking to you once there is some kind of problem on their part. Here are the names of most rude and incompetent employees there: Mark, Monica, Emine. I suggest you skip your turn if it is your turn, even if you waited for a while. There is always a line of people waiting no matter what day it is. Now I have to sit and figure out how I can get my money out of this bank with going in there every day for €500 withdrawals. I don’t know how such bank is still in business. You have been warned!!! Stay Away!!!
