::What Evi reported to me is still harmless... when I tried to withdraw at the branch in Herrsching, the machine (which has since been replaced by a new one) paid me €100 short.... Thank God I had witnesses and reported it By mistake - the employee said no problem, but it would take a while - after four weeks I still didn't have the money I hadn't paid back in my account... the arrogant branch manager then assumed that I was trying to cheat the savings bank out of €100 , the machines worked reliably, no complaints so far... the fact that the machines were prone to failure was evident when they were replaced after a short time. Conclusion: Kreissparkasse - NO, THANK YOU!

::Unfortunately, the general trend is that employees are replaced by machines. But this machine is the most complicated one I've ever experienced anywhere and is therefore obviously prone to errors. On the first attempt it took him a long time to understand what was being inserted into it, namely a normal bank card. In the end I was lucky that it was spit out again after several minutes. The device was then out of operation for an indefinite period of time. A few days later I tried again and even got money. However, if you want to select a specific denomination, you can easily get confused. You can't simply choose how many 10s, 20s, etc. you want, but you first have to decide which notes are basically included in the selection. Only in the next step can you determine the respective number of preselected bills. Maybe it would be quicker if you choose one of the amounts suggested at the beginning (without specifying a specific denomination), but I'm not sure.
