::I have been a customer of Degussabank for many years. I wanted to exchange cash for Swiss francs at this branch in August 2021 for a vacation. First of all, I found it annoying that the francs could only be withdrawn from the account. I find it a disgrace that when I paid for a meal in Switzerland it turned out that I had been given old notes that had been invalid since May 1, 2021. I now had to exchange the outdated notes for new valid ones in Switzerland for a fee. Absolutely unprofessional to issue expired banknotes!
