  In a previous review I wrote about the Volksdorf branch, which no longer exists. The service in Ahrensburg is just as bad. I had to ask the woman at the counter several times to give me a transfer slip. It's a shame, I pay about € 5 a month for my account and have to beg for a note! That's not normal. Service is handled differently. Write if you don't feel like going to the "bench" any more. The thought still circulates that Germany is a service wasteland. Postbank has played a large part in this. Only one star because the branch was open. I'm really served.

  There is one specific employee there that it doesn't match the requirements to work in a bank. Probably my worst experiencie in Germany. And on top of that she didn't talk english, how can you work in a bank and not speak English? Don't recommend at all!!!!
