::One is turned away unfriendly, insultingly. Registered mail will not be answered - then money will be requested back because you did not answer .. post was sent to the wrong address. Even after 2 corrections ... I never felt so badly treated.

::I can only confirm the negative reviews here. Today I tried to get information by phone. The manner in which I was turned away was unfriendly, very harsh, and did not serve the cause. I understand that certain information is subject to data protection, but also general questions such as: "Contact us in writing, I will not give you any information, or anything like that" to be turned off in an unfriendly tone is absolutely unnecessary. If that's customer service, I wonder why the city of Hamburg even has an investment bank. This is not a service to companies.
