  Flexible appointments and friendly staff. My concerns were professionally resolved and my needs were addressed.

  Generally friendly, competent staff, however, during an appointment with an advisor, account statements were looked through without being asked and the advisor started talking about my expenses and what I spend my money on. I find it absolutely inappropriate because I want absolute discretion when it comes to such data.
