  Postmen often just don't deliver. This then leads to DHL delivering 10 minutes later. WHY?!? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS ?? Just deliver both. Was there for the second time. The branch is closed during opening times.

  Only one employee at a time for the post office and beverage store, long waiting times are pre-programmed not only at peak times.

  Understaffed, and sometimes very grumpy

  Catastrophe in there. The people are overwhelmed, understaffed and therefore sometimes unfriendly.

  Long waiting times, often the parcels cannot be accepted because they were not "picked up", lost parcels ... Everything is possible. Another example that these hybrid shops do not work.
