::I really like this post office. The ladies are always friendly, helpful and in a good mood. Although as a business customer I could have my packages picked up, I like to drive them to the post office myself. I find it admirable how professionally I deal with people who are often rude, impatient and very irritable. The ladies must have nerves of steel, and when I hear how some of them use a different tone towards the employees, it scares me. Politeness and understanding is a two-way street!

::I recommend having it sent to a packing station or having the package returned. Before I pick something up there again, a lot has to happen.

::I would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible.... The almost incompetent certain lady you regularly meet here in the comments lives up to her reputation... I've never experienced such an unfriendly and arrogant person. .. Her lack of enthusiasm in connection with working on Saturday morning was probably the deciding factor in her performance... I wanted to use the Postbank service, but she felt she had to tell me some fairy tales about not being able to work at Postbank on Saturday no one there... Since I didn't have any nerves on her face at all, I drove to Celle and SEE there in max 5 minutes everything was done... 🤔🤔🤔

::Dealing with customers and interest in one's own job are ways in which an employee presents themselves to the employer. A lady, as I could see from the reviews, was already known to be very unfriendly and disinterested. This older lady has nothing to do with friendliness. Accordingly, you should think about changing careers without direct customer contact or a seminar (which in my opinion would not be successful). Such an unsympathetic person that I can't understand why he chose such a work area with customer proximity.
