  Very nice post office integrated into the local Edeka market. Consistently friendly and helpful staff who are patient even when a small queue forms. Great service 😊

  This branch is located in the EDEKA Müller market in Nienhagen. The branch is easy to reach and has a large parking lot. The post office is staffed almost entirely by women who are well-trained and very friendly. I would especially like to mention Ms. Gonca Kaftan, who does a very good job. Since the employees also look after the tobacco shop and lottery acceptance point, they are well utilized. Waiting times can therefore occur not only during peak times. Attention: Parcels for shipping must be delivered by 3:30 p.m. in order to be forwarded on the same day.

  The employees are always friendly and courteous. You are served quickly and there are no problems. Unfortunately, at peak times you sometimes have to wait a bit. Since there is only one scanner and computer, this would probably not be any different even with more staff and one person is enough for 80% of the time.

  So far I have only found the employees - there is only one there - to be friendly, service-oriented and quick. For the staff 5 stars. One point deduction for the German post office (and/or Edeka?!) because I find the branch understaffed for the range of products on offer and the size of the place.
