::Pleasantly long opening times make it possible to have to accept little or no waiting time. The atmosphere is characterized by friendliness, cooperation and a willingness to learn. I see a young team that wants and needs to familiarize itself with an industry that is experiencing a downward trend and a specialization trend; a business that is sometimes subject to extremely strong changes, where, as far as I know, sales and income opportunities continue to decline. I would like to personally ask customers who are very dissatisfied with service, expertise, etc. whether they can remember the working conditions, job satisfaction and working atmosphere of the typically exclusively female employees under the previous owner.

::Once again, deliveries that are in the branch(!) cannot be found. Instead of pursuing the matter, I received a “We are here for you” business card with service numbers. Apparently mail that arrives in the morning is not viewed and sorted until the following day. The customer then just has to come back. As others have already mentioned, this "southern" mentality is completely unacceptable when, as a customer, I have to come back several times to hope that my deliveries will then "suddenly arrive". Incompetent, disorganized, no service

::Friendly but have no idea! Be careful what you have to pay if you want to send a package with tracking. It's common to charge too much.

::Almost burst in the mail, especially in Bissendorf. Young southerner with a dialect at the counter. Had to submit an important sample before 6 p.m. that will go to the laboratory. I asked for express shipping with delivery before 12 p.m. the following day. It was not initially explained that the express time has already been exceeded and the delivery will be postponed by at least one day. Nevertheless, I cheekily charged almost €19 for it. The package was already labeled with the sender and recipient. It was argued that it couldn't be read. After I spelled it, it was argued that I spelled too quickly, spoke too slurred, etc. For a €19 service, I expected a little more service. After I had finished the faxes because people were already lining up behind me, I took out my personal ID so that he could transcribe everything. I also used my cell phone to find the recipient's address so that it could be copied. Very annoyed, I pushed the package towards him so that we could finally come to an end. I got another saying: “You can hand it over in a nicer way.” I pulled myself together and bit my tongue. When I wanted to pay and went through all the payment options that were sticked to the counter, I wanted to pay contactless with Applepay. I hung up, then was told that Mastercard cannot be used to pay, even though it was marked on the counter. I was told that this only applies to the other cash register. When everything was settled, the employee gave me my cell phone, my personal ID and the receipts, so I just replied, “You can be more careful with other people's property.” I asked whether he had entered everything correctly: “I have already done it correctly.” It remains to be seen whether that is the case or whether I have to do everything again. This will be the last time for me to visit this branch and I hope that there are personnel consequences for the employee. It's really a disgrace to be treated like that for €19, especially since it wasn't the first time with this colleague.

::I can only say "They have no idea what they're doing" According to their statement, a large letter to Denmark should take three days. They sent it as registered mail. I've now returned from vacation and the letter hasn't even arrived today (day 16). Thank you very much Dhl for the inconvenience and costs. Maybe it would be better to rely on qualified staff!!!
