  I've probably stood in front of a closed shop 10 times in the last few years. The gentlemen are not able to communicate their opening times, which change several times a year, on their website or on Google. Very annoying! UPDATE: Glad you've now updated the times on Google. If you do this regularly on your own website, that would be great. Guaranteed to take no longer than replying to a review ;-)

  Very nice employees work in the telecommunications business and also in the post office. My phone was completely set up here. I was very content with the service. There are parking spaces available all around and since I made an appointment, there was no waiting time. I found that very pleasant.

  April 12th, 2019 around 10:15 a.m. I stood in the queue at the post office and waited for over 10 minutes because a customer wanted to change his Unitiymedia. When it was my turn I wanted my stamps to be stamped. Was left there and had to wait until the 10 people behind me had their turn because I didn't buy anything. The lady said it was a “service” so I had to wait until everyone who wanted to buy something had their turn. Unbelievable - it was the last time I was there, especially since the lady was so unfriendly. Unfortunately, you can't give negative points on Google.

  Rating of the post office: The staff has been simply unfriendly for years. Customer service is rare here. It is understandable that high customer frequency demands something. But the owner shows the employees how to do it herself. In addition, there are sometimes problems with the opening times. There isn't even an answering machine with an announcement or an up-to-date homepage. As the most recent example, I was shown the door 1 minute before closing time with over 10 stamped packages. The delivery would have taken less than 2 minutes. If you don't believe it, just try the post shop 2 towns away. The store is a nuisance.
