::Didn't want to accept package to the USA even though it had already been paid for. Because of 0.5 cm length. While purchasing the shipping brand online, I had DHL customer service on the phone and the girth measurement was correct. Never go to this store again. They became extremely unfriendly after I said that the permitted 300cm had not even been reached. In Waldkirch the package was accepted without any ifs or buts, as long as the girth was fine everything was ok and this was under the 300cm. I then called DHL customer service again and described my experience.
