So I know that the post office is in wyhl a. K. It's not exactly the best, but I sent a package that weighed 0.5 kg and I paid 7.49 euros for it. I think it's a bit crazy. Then I left a note on the package telling me what's up and down and please don't turn it upside down. Then the lady says "she can't make sure that the postal officials do the same because they don't know German and they don't pay that much attention to it". If I pay 7.49 euros for a package and write a comment about it, I also demand safe transport because you handle other people's things carefully, something you learn in kindergarten. People send porcelain, glass or liquids and certainly pay no less than me, and you should pay attention to that too. It's called German post and not foreign post. I have nothing against foreigners working at the post office, but if they can speak German again, I wonder what they are doing at the post office because you have to read things like streets and names, etc. When the package arrives and I get a negative message I will get in touch with my customer again and if they feel they have to ignore me I will make it public on every platform. Hire German-speaking employees and other delivery services are also good, be it furniture houses or something else, they also have to make sure that everything arrives intact, then I ask myself why the German postal service thinks it has to behave differently. With that much money, I demand safe and decent transportation and no tossing and turning. 😠

According to the internet it is open on Thursday from 3pm to 6pm, but unfortunately that is not the case as they are only open until 12pm. Maybe you should update it. Could we change the times on the internet because it's getting annoying that you're always standing in front of a closed door. IT SUCKS
