  These are supposed to be professionals in the special outpatient clinic ???? They don't have anything other than run-of-the-mill standard knowledge and incredible arrogance. If you have a rare disease, it's better to go somewhere else than waste your time with these idiots??

  My mother was taken to the neurological emergency room twice by ambulance in October/November last year because she was suffering from severe dizziness. She lay on a cot all day, had examinations done and was diagnosed with anxiety attacks on the same day, once even at 1 a.m. when she was brought home totally weak, which was a disgrace, with an old woman like that procedure. After a long period of suffering, a tumor was discovered in her head. She now has facial paralysis and can only eat mushy food. If my mother had been examined more thoroughly, she would have been spared this. You probably have parents of your own who you would support. I am very disappointed because I thought she would be in the best hands at the university hospital.

  I had a very unfriendly lady on the phone (neurology). It's a shame if you're not a Covid patient, you won't receive any medical help despite being instructed by a doctor. I should go to the emergency room with my grandma 81 Statements 8-10 It could take hours, despite instructions Thank you for nothing this is called hospital.

  Quite good in itself, but I was sent to the neurology emergency room with positional dizziness (the dizziness most likely came from strong neck tension, I noticed straight away that something was pinched/tight in the cervical spine). There I had an initial consultation with the senior doctor, who said it was very unlikely that it was caused by tense muscles. I had some tests done to rule out various stroke symptoms. A little later, an MRI was performed of the HEAD, not the cervical spine, where the actual problem lay... In the end, the cause of the dizziness was still unknown, the next day I watched some self-help videos on YouTube, massaged my cervical muscles - and lo and behold, the dizziness was gone.... but at least everything is fine in my head ;)
