::The last bank and I say that as a business customer. Things have gotten even worse since the merger. All of the tasks that make a bank a “bank” are carried out worse than in a village bank, if any still exist. My company has been standing for 5 days because the bank can't send the Tan registration. An absolute catastrophe, not to mention advice, the simplest information and credit processing. I'm really happy to have this annoying topic behind me. VoBa Da-Mainz no longer seems to need solvent customers for a long time, nor does it need customer satisfaction.

::During opening hours there are counters and advice, outside there are various ATMs for deposits and withdrawals, account statements and currency exchange. Usually it works great. Any outages due to maintenance or updates will be announced early so that you can prepare for them.

::They charged too much money for a three-month sales report, even though they said on the phone that the last eight weeks would be provided free of charge. I now have it in writing. There are now only six weeks left, for whatever reason, but then you would only have been allowed to ask for money in the branch for a maximum of two months. The employees in this branch were very unfriendly. First of all, you were late, the computer had to be booted up again. And then my request was whispered about, even though I was standing right in front of them. You can't get money or deposit money into your own bank in the evening, at night or early in the morning because the self-service area is closed. But that's what ATMs are for, so that when the bank is closed, you can get money. The cash register is gone. Worst decision. So complicated for the customer now. First you stand at the machine for ages until it's your turn, then the machine doesn't pay out the notes you want. Then you have to use your card and enter your pin when changing. The machine doesn't change the notes you want changed, and I have to go to the other machines for change. Customer service overall extremely poor.

::Most of the time there are reviews if something was particularly bad. But I can't say anything bad about the Volksbank branch on Sandböhl. I had a problem with my online banking access and was served in a friendly, competent and completely problem-free manner. After my visit to the branch everything went smoothly. Thank you.
