::I have rarely been treated so condescendingly, unqualifiedly and inhumanely. I received misinformation several times that cost me almost €2,000. Under no circumstances should you simply trust blindly. I did that and was treated extremely badly. The lady even admitted once that she didn't know anything about the area (afterwards it was always denied) and that someone who could help me qualified was apparently not in the house. My questions were not answered and even though it was known that I had Asperger's, they didn't even listen. On the first visit I was told absolute rubbish and treated like an idiot and nothing could be done. The second time (because I did my own research and realized that I was being told nonsense, I went back), I even told them about my disability, hoping that I wouldn't be treated like an idiot anymore, but I could have saved myself that. After an eternal struggle and the same nonsense answers as last time, someone who knew something about the matter was finally called in. The last time I was there (I have a lot of trouble because of the false information), the same game or was asked about the wrong concerns and again it was not possible to speak to a person who could ask me a few detailed questions and, above all, me can give logical answers. It was a truly horrible experience and I will definitely be changing branches as soon as I can. I will no longer enter or ask anyone anything. In the end I was even made stupid and yelled at by 4 people. You get incorrect information and are treated like a complete idiot when you have detailed questions. It would have been decency to at least apologize for causing me so many problems because of your incorrect information instead of just denying it and treating you like an idiot. That really would have been the least.
