  I cannot understand how data protection is handled. If you wait at switch 2 you can hear all the problems and concerns of the other switches... Something should change here!

  very nice and reliable service. unfortunately short opening hours 😒… after the bank branch closes and darkness falls, a very dangerous place!!! awaits youth in hoods there forever🚓 The lack of security or police in such a place does not reflect the best opinion of the bank authorities, let alone the local authorities🚨👮‍♂️

  Account blocked without reason. You work hard for your money so that some bank advisor with no hobbies can block you. Of course, that's exactly what they always do shortly before they close so that you, as the owner of the account, have no opportunity to clarify it. Personally, I think it's a shame that something like this is even possible these days.

  Many of the employees are very friendly, some unfortunately not. The change machine is often out of order. When I was involved in a fraud case on eBay and wanted to request a refund, I was told by an employee in the store that this was not possible at all. 2 hours later I contacted the same branch by phone and was immediately told that it was possible and explained to me in detail how I should proceed. Unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement. The fact that the employees have different opinions and knowledge about even such trivial things means that I will go to another office in the future.

  No disinfectant for customers, an absolutely poor performance given the current situation. And this despite the fact that the bank has such a large number of customers. In general, the service from this savings bank is getting worse and worse. No seating for the older ladies and gentlemen, very vulnerable coin counting machines, price increases for customers when it comes to changing coins and sometimes very rude employees at the checkout counter. Long waiting times are common at the checkout counter, even though most of the branches and branches in Schaumburg have been closed for some time and therefore there should be enough employees available. However, the lockers and the times at which the bank can be entered are very good here.
