::Our free loan was increased three times in 4 months to an incredible 8.9%, which in my opinion is extremely dubious considering that the interest rate is currently 4 - 4.5%. Signed a new loan at the savings bank. Addendum: shortly after this review the next increase came along :-D. Apparently people don't respond well to criticism here, after trying to make contact everything is said nicely that everyone does it that way and that it's their right. this bench is incredible

::Over a month ago, my non-bank credit card was withdrawn outside of business hours at the ATM on the right (withdrawals only). The machine appears to have been overwhelmed, but after a few minutes it reset itself without issuing the card. After more than a month I am left empty-handed. The first phone call was unsuccessful. It was pointed out that the card should be returned to the owner after two weeks at the latest. An external company would take care of it. My fear that the card could not be assigned or delivered was not heard. I should call again after two weeks. On the next phone call I was only put through to the central office and when I asked, they couldn't explain to me where the card was going. I would prefer to give you zero stars. After more than a month, I'm still without a card. Instead, I had to ask my financial service provider for a replacement card, which was at least issued free of charge instead of a fee. Only: Now I can enter my new data everywhere. You really don't deserve anything for the time spent and all the problems. I have never experienced anything like it.
