  I just wanted to open an account. Long story short, after three sessions (in the period of two months) of being interviewed by one of the workers and being asked about many detail such as my and my father’s previous job (since i get Bürgergeld), they opened an account for me. Here is where the story gets weird: after two weeks, they called me and said my konto will be closed, because they don’t recognize my passport :)))) The passport with which i entered the country and get an Ausweis.
