  An absolute gem!!! I would highly recommend this place. It is walking distance from the main square area of town. We also walked here from the train station with our luggage without a problem. Unique modern decor. Please note that the first floor apt is 0 not 1. Not used to that coming from the U.S. Check-in and check-out were simple. WiFi worked well. Host was communicative by email and phone. We were able to store our bags in the shed behind the building for a few hours following checkout which was a big help.

  This is an amazing place to stay! You can find everything you neeed - coffeemaker (with coffee), hairdrayer, even towels are prepered in cute colors. Especially clean, huge area of the place. Villa is located next to the old town, but there is no problem with parking (assignated parking spots and parking on a street). We spent a night on our way back from skiies in Italy and we are pretty sure we found the best place for a break.

  Simply awesome. I rarely have been in such beautiful apartment. Design and indoor decoration is really great. The combination of modern and old-style gives the whole flat something unique and individual. I definitely can recommend anyone who's looking for an accommodation in Bayreuth to book one in Villa Friedrich. And the owners also prepared some goodies for the guests: Snacks and yummy jams and honey for a small breakfast. And also a great selection of tees. Thank you and I will definitely come back.

  Excellent location in the city center, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for families as appartments are huge with few separate rooms.
