  Great staff. I have something delivered to the branch more often and the boys and girls do a great job. Even if an urgent package is expected on Saturday, support wherever you can.

  Bad service. Questions cannot be answered due to insufficient knowledge of German or a lack of professional competence. In addition, the employees are stressed and rude.
