::Super nice staff! Always friendly, even if they constantly have to act as a buffer for many angry customers, where a DHL delivery person didn't even ring the doorbell, even though they were at home all day, and then brought the package to the shop without attempting to deliver it. (Dear people, the team at Uhlandshop can't help it that the drivers do this. Please complain directly to DHL by calling DHL so that they get the negative feedback straight away!) All customers are treated nicely here with a lot of patience and respect. And now at Christmas they often even stay longer in the evenings. Thank you, you are great!
